Mesin Fotocopy adalah alat yang digunakan sebagai alat produksi yang mempunyai masa tidak produktif sesuai dengan usia atau kuantitas produksi atau disebut Life Time.
Life Time mesin fotocopy bervariasi sesuai dengan Type, dan Kelasnya.
untuk user yang pernah menggunakan mesin fotocopy faham benar tentang Life Time sparepart, kapan harus beli dan menggantinya, acuan mereka adalah counter/meteran atau hasil cetak yang memberi tanda, ( kurang bagus atau error )
Garansi Mesin Fotocopy yang diberikan oleh perusahaan - perusahan penjualnya adalah Garansi Service Seperti halnya kendaraan, kita analogi kan kepada kendaraan karena yakin kita semua pasti mempunyai kendaraan, ya...minimal sepeda motor, dengan jarak tempuh sekian kilometer Oli ganti, Kanvas rem ganti, atau Ban. tidak seperti televisi kita beli trus nyala dan service atau perawatan 1 atau 2 tahun kedepan itu juga klo rusak.

Garansi Service diberikan perusahaan berbeda beda ada yang 6 bulan, ada yang 1 tahun ada juga yang lebih dan itu tergantung harga Deal. lebih lama garansi service berarti lebih mahal donk...

Ada juga sih Garansi Penuh yg diberikan perusahan kepada customernya dengan Kontrak Service Special. dengan Harga Beli Mesin Mahal dan ada Charge perlembanya juga... klo sekarang berlaku pada mesin fotocopy warna. atau mesin fotocopy Large Format (A0).

Jam Paper

Pada mesin fotocopy sering terjadi jam paper atau kertas nyangkut,
terjadi pada semua merk, type, baru ataupun rekondisi,
banyak faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya jam paper. diantaranya:
- mesinnya kotor terutama pada lintasan yang dilalui kertas seperti karet2 penarik kertas,
  kuku pengarah kertas, dll
- mesinnya lama tidak di operasionalkan yang menyebabkan bagian pencetak lembab /dingin
- stelan ukuran kertas tidak sesuai,
- kertas yang kadar airnya lebih tinggi, ada beberapa merk kertas yang tidak cocok untuk
  mesin fotocopy karena jenis kertasnya licin untuk ditarik oleh karet2 penarik, ada juga yang
  yang jenis kertasnya lembab sehingga pada saat proses pemasan oleh unit pemanas dalam mesin
  kertas mengkerut dan nyangkut.
- berat kertas yang pakai idealnya 80gram, toleransi 70gram sampai 110gram.
   60gram terlalu tipis dan lentur bisa berdampak nyangkut juga.
   120gram terlalu tebal dan kaku berdampak nyangkut dan masa aus sparepart lebih cepat.
- tegangan listrik yang tidak stabil. contoh tegangan yg dibutuhkan mesin 220volt. sedangkan
  tegangan  yang keluar dari perusahaan listrik 180volt. biasanya terjadi pada pagi hari, sore hari dan
  pada saat hujan turun, naik turunnya tegangan berdampak pada beberapa bangian mesin tidak
  maksimal beroperasi.

Di atas adalah beberapa merk atau Brand mesin fotocopy yang dipasarkan di seluruh dunia.
dari pengalaman atau informasi yang didapat bahwa setiap merk berkembang atau banyak dipakai berdasarkan wilayah, akan tetapi informasi di pasaran kualitas produk yang menentukan.
sebetulnya tidak begitu juga.
Contoh:
seperti Merk Xerox, Kyocera, booming di pasaran dan banyak dipakai di Eropa, sedangkan di Asia banyak pakai merk Canon, kalau sharp dan minolta banyak dipakai di wilayah timur tengah.
Hal ini mempengaruhi harga pasar dan harga consumablenya. bersyukur kalau ready stock sering terjadi indent :)  "nunggu kiriman".

Tentang kualitas mesin atau produk dilihat dari sisi teknis sebenarnya semua sama. banyak orang
melihat dari sisi pasar yaitu yang banyak dipakai berarti yang kualitas bagus, dan lain sebagainya.

penilaian pasar ini berlaku bagi produk Baru atau Used (ex luar) *ada dalam posting sebelumnya,
bahkan sekarang tawaran dari perusahaan2 penampung di luar negeri (singapura) sangat hebat dan bersaing tetapi importir di negara kita tetap selektif terutama dalam merk2 diatas, importir tetap memilih merk yang cepat di jual atau dipasarkan kembali.

E031    The optional counters are not functioning.    

E032  The counters for ASSIST are not functioning. (Disconnection of counter pulse for ASSIST.)       

E040   The lifter position signal fails to be generated due to a lifter clutch failure.  Related paper pick-up unit     

E041    The paper deck lifter fails to be detected within a specific time.      

E042   The roll paper cutting operation is not functioning properly because the cut motor does not work, etc.      

E043   An abnormal signal is detected due to a fault in the pick-up motor for the 3-cassette deck/3.5K paper deck.           

E050    A malfunction of the holding tray. A fault in the side registration is included.        Related duplex unit    The duplexing unit for the stack system   

E051    The home position of the side registration cannot be detected within a specific time.          The duplexing unit for the through-path system   

E054    The home position of the duplexing unit feed roller cannot be detected.

E055    The horizontal registration guide of the duplex unit exceeds its maximum travel distance. 

E060   The home position of the primary corona wire cleaner cannot be detected within a specific time.   Relateted charging         

E061 Specific potential is not be required or the limiter is activated as the potential is controlled.           

E062  The photosensitive drum temperature does not reach a specific value due to a fault in the photosensitive drum heater, etc.        

E063   The home position of the transfer corona wire cleaner cannot be detected.  An error code is not to be indicated.       

E064  The setting value for the output from the microcomputer considerably deviates from the control value of the actual output.             

E065    High voltage leakage from the primary corona assembly is detected.

E066    Signals from the temperature/humidity sensor cannot be detected.  

E067   Two or more faults in the primary/ pre (post)-transfer/ transfer/ separation high voltage are detected (including power output stoppage, electric leakage from the primary corona assembly).     

E068  High voltage leakage from or an open circuit in the separation corona assembly is detected.

E010    Clock pulses fail to be generated or the PLL lock fails to be released due to a fault in the main motor, etc.            Related drum drive unit and main drive unit

E011  Excess current flows to the motor control circuit because the main motor is locked up, etc.           

E012    Clock pulses fail to be generated or the PLL lock is released due to a fault in the drum motor, etc.            

           In case the drum drive motor exists in addition to the main motor, this code refers to an error of a motor which drives mainly other units than the drum.       

E013    •The PLL lock is released because waste toner motor is locked up, etc.

•The micro switch employed to detect clogging of waste toner is activated.

•The waste toner case is detected full.                      

E014    •The PLL lock of the fixing/feeding motor is released.

•Excess current of the feeding motor is detected.     

E015    •Clock pulses of the pick-up/duplexing/developing motor fails to be generated or be detected.

•Excess current of the pick-up/duplexing/developing motor is detected.

E016  Excess current of the reciprocating motor of the photosensitive drum cleaner unit is detected.      

E017    The PLL lock of the drive motor of the holding tray unit is released.

E018    The PLL lock of the drive motor of the oil removing roller is released.

E019    The waste toner case is detected full although it is not.        

E020  The developer fails to be replenished with starter developer properly.Related developing unit        A hopper motor error is identified by the detail code of E020. However, it may be identified by E02x according to need.  

E021  The rotor fails to rotate and move properly due to a fault in the developing rotor/motor ass'y.                   

E022    Pressure fails to be applied to the developer after a specific time passes after the developer is selected.    

E023    The developer sleeve motor fails to rotate properly.  

E024    The developer cannot be detected. ( not mounted properly.)

E025    Excess current of the toner delivery motor or the cartridge motor is detected.

E000  The fixing temperature does not go up after turning ON the power due to a fault in the     thermistor or the heater, etc., (e.g. It does not reach 70°C degrees within 2 min.)        Related fixing unit                 

E001   The fixing temperature abnormally goes up due to a fault in the thermistor or SSR, etc.     

E002   The fixing temperature does not reach a specific temperature due to a fault in the thermistor or the heater, etc.

e.g) The fixing temperature does not go up to 190°C degrees within 5 min after reaching 70°C degrees.  

E003    The fixing temperature drops abnormally after wait time is up due to a fault in the thermistor, the heater, etc. (e.g. After wait time is up, the fixing temperature drops to 70°C degrees). 

E004    A short circuit in the fixing heater drive circuit (SSR, etc) is detected.

E005    The fixing web is wound up completely.       

E006    The fixing drawer connector is not connected as the front door is closed.   

E007    The fixing film is off to the side.       

E008    A specific number of copies are made after the machine detects that fixing oil is out.         Since a user cannot re-supply fixing oil, the error code is indicated.        

E009    The rated voltages of the power supply and the fixing unit do not match.
